Training Sessions
Sessions centered around building a fundamental base through in-person technique and form coaching.
On top of focused and individualized in-person training sessions, you will get weekly workout routines that are crafted and designed to fit your fitness goals. Through monthly movement assessments and check-ins for measurements, we will track and monitor your results together.
You can also add on a nutrition outline which will help you establish a food, mind, and body connection that is sure to produce results.
The choice is yours
With in-person training, you can choose between 25-minute and 50-minute sessions. You can then select the frequency of your sessions up to 4x a week. I am happy to provide a recommendation for you, just let me know during our initial consultation.
